Lovely restaurant, well-equipped room with views of the Russian Museum, good closets and a lovely snowy terrace. Good food, genuinely professional staff in their service and graciousness. Best possible and historic location just walking distance from Arts Square.

The room was good sized and provided with large terrace with cracks in table, full walk in shower. Thanks to the very very helpful and exceptionally attentive staff everything was modern.

my recent stay in st. petersburg was made even more incredible by belmond hotel. the staff was eager to help, the breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better. i'll definitely be returning in the future.

The Hotel is central and historic.

1. the price is not worth 2. they are not honest. I was informed by the reservation/email that breakfast was not included.the same information was given at check in. except one day, never had breakfast and they charged me. when I showed they were charging was I consumed and the 2.000 rubles for the breakfast, after hours they "understood" my point and did not charge my restaurant bills (half of the price of the standard breakfast) and maintained the charges of something I never consumed.

Stayed again in my favorite room, 401 with view of Spilled Blood Cathedral. Breakfast always a delight, blinis et al. Concierge service excellent. Happy they were able to provfide me with a scale since I needed to weigh myself periodically.

Housekeeping always returned things to where they thought they should be rather than where I wanted and had left them.

I had a really great stay at Grand Hotel Europe and I would definitely come back. The hotel was stylish and clean during my 5-night stay. I booked a room with fantastic views over the park which was unbeatable and magnificent. The staff was service-oriented and the atmosphere was quiet. The service was good, including the fantastic breakfasts and a nice pool.

During my Christmas stay in this hotel, I had a fantastic experience. The hotel's central location was a major advantage for me. It was just a short walk away from the main attractions and popular restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay and provided me with useful recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

One aspect that I didn't particularly like was the outdated decor in the room. Although it was spacious and clean, the furnishings and overall design could use a refresh.

Exceptional hotel in a most central location. The staff were very friendly and the Concierge section were unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Fantastic breakfasts.

Very confusing when paying account and I discovered a mistake.

All staff attentive, efficient & friendly w/excellent command of English ! Tours w/professional guides & luxury cars. Dinner at Europe Restaurant was haute cuisine at its finest....white glove service w/out arrogance. Pianist & violinist were wonderful, too! Looking forward to our return!

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions such as the Russian Museum and the Church on Spilled Blood. It is also not far from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are comfortable and the service is excellent, with first-class toiletries and amenities. The breakfast buffet is extensive and there is live piano music. The lobby and bar areas have a classy atmosphere.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is a bit stuffy for some people's taste.

Very comfortable room amd bed. Concierge desk incredibly helpful. Local restaurant recommemdations proved excellent. AZIA hotel restaurant provided very good quality dishes at reasonable value

A shame sauna and pool closed for renovation.
